Greek Language and Civilization Lessons
for Women of Greek or Foreign Descent
Academic Year 2019-20
Registration    Wednesday 9 October,  16:30-19:30
The lessons are free of charge. Registration fee 10 euros.

–  Women interested in enrolling should come in person on registration day.
–  Registered students are placed in one of 4 different levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, proficient).
–  Each course lasts from late October to early June and offers one 3hour lesson per week, on Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon.

In its 22nd consecutive year, this volunteer program is inspired by the ideas of encouraging women’s solidarity, of advancing their social status, especially through education,
as well as of preserving and promoting Greek heritage and contemporary culture – the aims set by Kallirrhoe Parren, when she founded the Lyceum Club of Greek Women in 1911.
